IT'S KIND OF NICE TO WORK ON A PRAIRIE STYLE HOUSE.
THAT'S WHAT IS GOING TO CHANGE THE FORM OF THE BUILDING AS MUCH AS ANYTHING ELSE.
AND THAT IS JUST DONE TO BE IN KEEPING WITH THE ROOF OVER THE FRONT PORCH BASICALLY TO MATCH THE SIZE OF THE OVERHANGS, WHICH ARE REALLY. THEY'RE QUITE DEEP, WHICH IS CHARACTERISTIC OF A PRAIRIE STYLE HOUSE.
AND SO THAT'S REALLY THE BIGGEST IMPACT. WE ARE REMOVING SOME WINDOWS ON THE BACK AS WELL.
THAT WOULD BE BENEATH THAT COVER TO A LARGE PART.
SO IN CLOSING THE GROUND FLOOR WITH BOARD AND BATTEN SIDING AND SALVAGED WINDOWS FROM THE BALL HOUSE FIRE A FEW DOORS DOWN. AND A LOT OF INTERIOR WORK TO DO.
AND TYPICALLY, CODE WOULD REQUIRE A STAIRCASE THAT'S GREATER THAN 48IN TO HAVE A CENTER RAIL OR HAVE A RAIL THAT IS WITHIN GRASP. THIS ONE REALLY DOES NOT.
