AND THOSE WHENEVER THOSE ARE SHIPPED AROUND THE WHOLE LOT OF THEM JUST GET SPILLED INTO THE WATERWAYS AND, AND OTHERWISE MAKE THEIR WAY DOWN TO OUR BEACHES AND TO TO FISH AND TURTLES AND EVERY OTHER PIECE OF WILDLIFE. AND SO THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY REGULATIONS OR POLICIES TO PROTECT PEOPLE OR PLACE FROM THE PLASTIC THAT COMES FROM THESE FACILITIES. AND SINCE THAT TIME, THE EXPLOSION HAS HAPPENED ON, AS YOU MENTIONED, FISH. IT IS BEING INGESTED BY FISH. AND IF YOU EAT SEAFOOD, YOU'RE NOT CONSUMING THE PLASTIC, BUT YOU ARE CONSUMING THE POLYMERS AND THE DIFFERENT CHEMICALS THAT ADHERE TO IT. AND SO ALL WE'RE ASKING WHAT WE HOPE TO HAVE HAPPEN. WE HAVEN'T BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN PASSING A BILL WITH THE STATE GOVERNMENT. WE'VE TRIED THE LAST TWO SESSIONS.
