OVER THE YEARS, THE GULF BREEZE APARTMENTS BECAME NOT JUST A MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT, BUT ALSO AN IMPORTANT CULTURAL ANCHOR AND COMMUNITY HUB AND A PHYSICAL LANDMARK. AND BECAUSE AFFORDABLE HOUSING IS SUCH A HOT TOPIC, THIS PROPERTY MITIGATES THE RISING COST OF HOUSING ON THE ISLAND IN A WAY THAT WE CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THAT. AND THAT'S WHAT OUR MISSION IS.
