THREE RETURNED THOSE IN OPPOSITION.
PREVIOUS LICENSE TO USE FOR CONSTRUCTION FENCING WITH THESE SAME RENOVATIONS EXPIRED JUNE 30TH.
THAT WAS CASE 24P-006 THAT WAS 24LC-005.
CONSTRUCTION OF FENCING ON THE RIGHT OF WAY IS INSTALLED ALONG 22ND STREET, ROUGHLY PARALLEL TO THE PROPERTY'S EAST PROPERTY LINE ENDS JUST SHORT OF THE BUILDING SOUTH FACADE. FENCING ENCROACHES APPROXIMATELY 8.5FT INTO THE RIGHT OF WAY, ITS WIDEST POINT, WHICH DOES PARTIALLY BLOCK THE SIDEWALK BUT STILL ALLOWS SEVEN FOOT OF PEDESTRIAN ACCESS.
AND THIS IS BASED ON THE SCOPE OF WORK, WHICH CONSISTS OF FACADE RESTORATIONS AT THIS POINT.
NOTE THAT NO PAID PARKING IS AFFECTED BY THE LTU.
THE CITY'S TRANSIT DEPARTMENT NOTED THAT THE EXTENTS OF THE LTU SHOULD NOT EVER BE INCREASED, NOR IN SUCH A WAY TO ALLOW FOR THE TROLLEYS TO BE OR TO IMPEDE THE TROLLEYS.
BECAUSE THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS IN THE STRAND MECHANIC HISTORIC DISTRICT.
WE WOULD NORMALLY HAVE A POWERPOINT, BUT WE'RE HAVING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES.
