THE APPLICANT'S REQUESTING A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS IN ORDER TO ADD A SMALL REAR ADDITION, MOVE AN EXISTING WINDOW AND REMOVE AN EXISTING BRICK CHIMNEY. THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS PROVIDED BY THE APPLICANT INDICATES THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK. A NEW 25 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION UNDER THE EXISTING REAR PORCH ROOF WITH LAP SIDING TO MATCH EXISTING RELOCATE EXISTING REAR WINDOW ALONG WITH ADDITION REMOVE AND INFILL A WINDOW ON THE WEST ELEVATION. ACCORDING TO THE APPLICANT, THE MODIFICATIONS ARE NOT EASILY VISIBLE FOR ANY RIGHT OF WAY. THEY'RE LOCATED IN LOCATION D NOT TYPICALLY VISIBLE REAR FACADE. MORE FLEXIBILITY AND TREATMENT MAY BE CONSIDERED ESPECIALLY FOR COMPATIBLE REPLACEMENT OR ALTERATION IS NOT VISIBLE FROM THE STREET.
