AND SO WE ACQUIRED WHEN THE ROSENBERG HOUSE WAS THE ENTRANCE TO THAT WAS DEMOLISHED TO PROVIDE FOR ADA HOUSING OR ADA ENTRY. THOSE BALUSTERS BECAME AVAILABLE THEY'RE PERIOD BALUSTERS, 19TH CENTURY 1870 BALUSTERS, AND I ACQUIRED THEM ALL FROM JHF, WHO HAD ACQUIRED THEM FROM THE FROM THE UTMB. SO WHEN THOSE BECAME AVAILABLE, I THOUGHT THEY'D BE A PERFECT FIT FOR OUR HOUSE, SINCE THOSE DO MATCH OUR NEIGHBOR'S HOUSES, POLISHERS AS WELL. IT REALLY IS EXACT, MA'AM. I SAID IT REALLY IS EXACT. THE BUILDING TYPE TYPE OF FIRE STATION IS NOT CURRENTLY ADDRESSED BY THE DESIGN STANDARDS FOR HISTORIC PROPERTIES. [INAUDIBLE] HAS APPROACHED THE CITY ABOUT ABOUT ADDING DESIGN STANDARDS SPECIFICALLY FOR [00:20:03] THE FIRE STATION TO THE DESIGN STANDARDS FOR HISTORIC PROPERTIES. PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE BUILDING AND THE PROPOSED DESIGN AND STANDARDS ARE ATTACHED IN YOUR PACKAGE. THE PROPOSED DESIGN STANDARDS WERE PRESENTED TO THE LANDMARK COMMISSION ON THE FEBRUARY 7TH, 2022 MEETING AS A DISCUSSION ITEM. STAFF IS RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE AMENDMENT AS SUBMITTED, AND NOW WE HAVE SOME PHOTOGRAPHS. THIS IS THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. AND THESE ARE SOME OF THE PROPOSED STANDARDS. HOWEVER, THERE'S HISTORIC PHOTOGRAPHS THAT SHOW WHAT THAT HISTORIC BALCONY LOOKED LIKE. IT CURRENTLY HAS THE FLOORING FOR IT, BUT THE ACTUAL RAILINGS HAVEN'T BEEN BUILT. AND YOU CAN SEE IT IF YOU LOOK RIGHT THERE ON THEIR BALCONIES AND CANOPIES. IT SHOWS WHAT. I GOT IT BACKWARDS. YEAH, WHEN I WAS LOOKING AT THE DIAGRAM RIGHT BELOW THIS STATEMENT IS ACTUALLY THE NORTH ELEVATION RIGHT BELOW THE STATEMENT ON THE SOUTH FAÇADE. SO THAT'S WHAT CONFUSED ME. AND SO WE THE STANDARDS THAT WE CAME UP WITH IS JUST SORT OF FUTURE PROOF, WHATEVER PROJECT SOMEONE COULD DO. SO, FOR EXAMPLE, IF THEY WANTED TO PUT EXTERIOR ACCESS IN THE REAR, WE DON'T HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THAT. BUT THE FRONT SOUTH FAÇADE, WHICH IS THE ORIGINAL ONE THAT WE RAISED AND VERY CAREFULLY MAINTAINED DURING THE WHOLE RECONSTRUCTION OF THIS BUILDING. WE WANT TO KEEP AS HISTORIC AS POSSIBLE.
