PRETTY STRAIGHTFORWARD, THIS IS A REALLY NICE LITTLE HOUSE, PRETTY SMALL HOUSE BUT IT ORIGINALLY HAD SHUTTERS ON THE FRONT, I THINK THERE WAS A SLIDE IN THE PRESENTATION, THEY SHOWED THE HISTORIC PHOTOS, BUT THEY TYPICALLY HAD SHUTTERS ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE, SIDES OF THE HOUSE, BUT WERE REMOVED AT SOME POINT.

WE'RE JUST PROPOSING TO PUT THEM BACK IN KIND.

WE UNDERSTAND THE CONDITIONS ABOUT THEM LOOKING OPERABLE.

THEY WILL BE OPERABLE ACTUALLY OTHER THAN NOT TILTING THE ACTUAL LEVERS THEMSELVES, THOSE WOULD BE FIXED.

BUT THE SHUTTERS WILL FIT THE OPENINGS AND WE'LL BE ABLE TO OPEN AND CLOSE FOR STORM PROTECTION MAINLY.

THE PICTURE THAT YOU SAW OF THE REAR PORCH WHERE WE'RE PROPOSING TO REMOVE THOSE SHUTTERS, ORIGINALLY, WE THOUGHT THAT WE WOULD BE ABLE TO RELOCATE THEM BUT THE SIZE OF THEM, AND THEN THE CONTRACTOR SAID THAT HE DIDN'T THINK THAT HE COULD DO THAT IN A WAY THAT THEY WOULD LOOK PROPER TO THE HISTORIC PHOTO.

WE'RE PLANNING TO PULL THEM FROM THE SIDE PORCH, I THINK THAT THEY WERE PROBABLY PUT IN FOR VISUAL SCREENING OR PROTECTION FOR THE SERVICES YOU SAID YOU SAW IN THE PHOTO, BOTH THE WATER HEATER AND SOME LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT.

THOSE ELEMENTS HAVE BEEN RELOCATED TO INSIDE THE HOUSE CURRENTLY.

THE SHUTTERS THAT ARE REMOVED WILL BE RETAINED ON SITE AND THEY'LL BE USED IN THE LANDSCAPE JUST AS ACCENTS AND THEN ALSO USED AS SCREENING FOR AN OUTDOOR SHOWER ENCLOSURE.

THEY WILL BE STILL THERE ON THE SIDE, BUT THEIR PURPOSE NO LONGER EXISTS ON THE PORCH ITSELF.
