BECAUSE OF THE STRANGE SHAPE OF THE SITE, WE HAD TO REALLY STRUGGLE, AGAIN, WITH THE ASSISTANCE FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION STAFF TO SHAPE THE BUILDING IN SUCH A WAY AS TO [00:30:02] PROTECT THE VIEWS FROM THE PHASE 1 BUILDING TO AVOID THE POOL. THIS BECOMES, AS A RESULT, A STANDALONE, TOTALLY INDEPENDENT PROJECT NOT ATTACHED TO THE PHASE 1 STRUCTURE. NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE. THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM HAS COME UP WITH THIS PLAN AND BECAUSE WE CANNOT GO HORIZONTAL IN ANY OTHER WAY, OTHER THAN WHAT'S SHOWN, WE ARE FORCED TO GO VERTICAL.
