Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 55 1.071, “Consultation with Attorney” to discuss and receive legal advice concerning pending or contemplated litigation or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code — 1. Potential legal action and concern relating to the United States Army Corps of Engineers’ Project for decommissioning and dismantling of the STURGIS and MH-JA. B.
