Canvass returns of June 19, 2010, Runoff election of the City of Galveston.
Consider for approval an Ordinance of City of Galveston, Texas, canvassing the returns of a Runoff Election held on the 19th Day of June 2010 for the purpose of electing City Councilmembers to Districts One (1), Two (2) & Three (3); officially declaring the results of the election; declaring the regularity and legality of the election; directing the City Secretary to prepare the election register and to preserve the election records; providing for findings of fact and providing for an effective date.
