Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2), "Consultation with Attorney" on any agenda item requiring confidential, attorney/client advice necessitated by the deliberation or discussion of said item (as needed).
A. Discuss Budget FY 2011/ 2012 policies, procedures and processes and make recommendations or give direction to improve the budget process and procedures.
Discuss and consider for action whether the City Council should invoke its investigative powers under Section 2-146 of the City Charter concerning any city department, agency office officer or employee of the City or into any matters of proper concern to the City Council.
