EXECUTIVE SESSION A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, "Consultation with Attorney" to discuss and receive legal advice, concerning potential or contemplated litigation or where on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code - 1. The Plan for Galveston Public Housing Reconstruction.
7. ACTION ITEMS A. Discuss and consider for action a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Galveston, Texas, approving the Plan for Galveston Public Housing Reconstruction to rebuild the remaining public housing units damages by Hurricane Ike; authorizing an Interlocal Agreement with the General Land Office (GLO); authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary legal documents as approved by the City Attorney; providing for finding of facts and providing for an effective date. 8.
