Consider for approval an Ordinance of the City of Galveston, Texas, amending Chapter 24 of the "The Code of the City of Galveston, 1982, as amended" entitled "Offenses'—Miscellaneous," to provide regulations for the possession of missiles and the moving of crowd control barriers; providing for penalties; making various findings and provisions related to the subject; and providing for an effective date.
Consider for approval an Ordinance of the City of Galveston, Texas, amending Chapter 35, "Vehicles for Hire" of "The Code of the City of Galveston, 1982, as amended" by modifying and adding provisions for horse drawn carriage operators within the City of Galveston's vehicle for hire licensing regulations; increasing insurance requirements; lowering minimum age limit; making various findings and provisions related to the subject, and providing for an effective date.

Consider for approval the purchase of a QNAP Hard Drive Tower and to authorize the City Manager to execute all paperwork associated with this purchase upon final Legal approval for $20,031.08 from the Technology Services Data Processing Equipment account.
