Economic Development Grant Performance Agreement Consider for approval an Economic Development Grant Performance Agreement between the City of Galveston, Texas, and the Industrial Development Corporation of the City of Galveston, regarding the paving of the road/street known as the Seawall Boulevard including related drainage improvements. 13.B. Lindale Park Tennis Court Fencing Consider for approval the purchase of labor and materials to replace the Lindale Park Tennis Court Fencing from Wagner Fence and Design for a total cost of $17,800.00, which will be funded by the Lindale Park IDC Account. Authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon final approval by the City Attorney. 3.C. Historic Building Front Preservation Project Consider for approval of Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $58,184.50 for the contract with Ardent Construction, LLC for the construction of the Historic Building Front Preservation Project at 2309-11 Strand. The new contract amount will be $606,184.50. There is also a time extension of 140 days. The new total contract time will be 350 days. The funding source as stated in the approved project requirements is 75% CDBG-DR Non-Housing Grant Program and 25% property owner. In the event the grant funding is unavailable, the property owners will be responsible for the entire amount of the change order. Landscaping--Water and Wastewater Facilities Consider for approval award of lowest bidder (Bid #13-14-005) Beach Town Landscaping the annual contract for landscaping the Water and Wastewater Facilities.
