Adjacent property is legally described as "Part of Lots 8-11 and adjacent North ½ of Avenue G and Adjacent West ½ of 1st Street, Block 361; and Block 301 and Part of Adjacent Streets, in the City and county of Galveston, Texas". This property is more commonly described as "A 40' x 573.77' portion of 1st Street right-of-way, adjacent to 201 Seawall Boulevard; retaining rights of owners of utility facilities easements; making various findings and provisions related to the subject (PLANNING CASE 10P-53).
PUBLIC COMMENT The public shall be allowed to address one or more agenda or non-agenda items. Each person shall be limited to three (3) minutes, regardless of the number of items addressed.
