Consider acceptance of the proposal from HDR Engineering, Inc. for the engineering services for the development of comprehensive zoning, land use and subdivision code revisions. The cost of these services will not exceed $1,640,000.00. Funding source is CDBG disaster recovery grant non-housing program Round 1.
