Discuss and Consider for action approving and consenting to the assignment of 57 housing units from the CDBG Disaster Housing Program Reconstruction Packages 1, 2, and 3 between Compass Pointe Homes and Tegrity Homes subject to City Manager, Director of Grants & Housing and City attorney approval of the terms and conditions of the assignment; and authorizing the City Manager, Director of Grants & Housing, and City Attorney to execute all documents related to the assignment and the City's consent and approval of the assignment.
Approve contract amendment for Camp, Dresser & McKee Inc. the Program Administrator for the CDBG Disaster Recovery Housing Program and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment, subject to City Attorney approval.
Discuss and approval of the lowest, most responsive proposal (RFP# 11-12¬003) for the rehabilitation of 20 owner occupied housing units in a base bid amount of $1,835,418.86 from DSW Homes LLC. The funding is provided under the CDBG Disaster Recovery Housing Program and the HOME Investment Partnership Program.
D. Discuss and consider for action making the recommendation to the General Land Office (GLO) for the Grant Program Administrator for the CDBG Disaster Recovery Housing Program Round 2
