Consider for approval an Ordinance of The City Of Galveston, Texas, granting a Specific Use Permit in order to operate "Convenience Store" and "Gasoline Service Station" Land Uses in the Commercial, Broadway overlay Zone, Zone 4 (C-Boz-4) Zoning District; Property is commonly known as 5815, 5827, and 5907 Broadway and is Legally Described As M. Menard Survey, Tract 17 0.465 Acres, Tract 18 0.274 Acres, and part of Lot 7 And LA Of Adjacent Road (7-2), Trimble and Lindsey, Section 1, in The City and County of Galveston, Texas; Planning Case Number 12P-68; Making various findings and provisions related to the subject.

Rates and Charges", by establishing Section 36.71, "Utility Liens"; thereby providing procedures concerning delinquent water, and sewer utility accounts; providing for the imposition of a lien on an owner's property, other than homestead or rental property; providing for an appeal process; making various findings and provisions related to the subject; and providing for an effective date of October 1, 2012.
Consider for approval of the Resolution which authorizes the City Manager to submit a formal submittal of mobility improvement projects as delineated in Exhibit A in response to H-GAC's request for projects for the FY 2013- FY 2016 Transportation Improvement Program.
Consider for action authorizing an agreement between the City of Galveston and the Galveston Association of Rental Managers, (GARM), whereby GARM will provide payments to the City of Galveston for the operational cost incurred during the utilization of a fully marked police vehicle by a full-time sworn member of the police department while conducting off-duty patrol rounds also funded GARM in the west-isle community.
Consider for approval the lowest, most responsive bid from Excello Construction in the amount of $121,032.00 to provide housing reconstruction services at 2113 Avenue Ml/2. Funding is from HOME Investment Partnership Funds.
Consider for action directing the City Manager to arrange for the immediate payment of all monies owed to contractors who have complied with all requirements of the City of Galveston Recovers Program. (Pappous/Legg).
Consider for action reconsideration of the City of Galveston, Zoning Ordinance No. 12.033, Wall plane articulation requirements, Section 29-107(f)(4)(c) to eliminate wall plane articulation requirements next to bodies of water.
