LLC as the consultants for the National Register of Historic Places nomination for the Broadway Cemetery complex. The funding source is 10.000.00 in grant funds from the Texas Historical Commission and $10,000.00 from the Planning Department Consultant Services Account.
Request for action to consider a waiver from the License to Use fees for Georgia Freeman, property owner, located at 2914 Avenue M. in conjunction with the placement of a porch and stairs in the Avenue M right of way.
Consider for approval a bid from Burghli Homes in the amount of $127,242.00 to provide Housing Reconstruction Services at 2113 Avenue Ml/2. The funding is from HOME Investment Partnership Funds, and authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary contract documents, upon final approval by the City Attorney.
