Consider for approval an Ordinance of the City of Galveston, Texas, authorizing the conditional placement and use of temporary storage units, privately owned trailers, and recreational vehicles on residential properties undergoing construction or repair of the property through the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Housing Program ("CDBG-DR"); subject to rules and regulations; providing for an effective deadline of June 1,2013; making various findings and provisions related to the subject.
Consider for action approving a Third Amendment to the Galveston Island Golf Course Management Agreement between Moody Gardens and the City of Galveston. (Deferred from Sept. 13. 2012)
Consider for approval of the Port of Galveston's request that the DFA for the Transportation Terminal project be amended so that the deadline for establishing the "Lump Sum Amount" will be extended to January 15, 2012. In addition, staff recommends that the deadline for execution of the management and operating agreement be amended to extend to two hundred seventy (270) days from the original execution of the DFA of on May 10, 2012.
Discuss and consider for action giving staff direction regarding the City entering into a License Agreement with ECOtotality, Inc. for the construction and placement of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EV) as part of the Department of Energy's (DOE) "The EV Project".

Discuss and consider for action a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Galveston, Texas approving the rebuilding of the remaining public housing units damaged by Hurricane Ike; authorizing an Inter-local agreement with the General Land Office (GLO); authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary legal documents as approved by the City Attorney, Providing for findings of fact and providing for an effective date.
