Discussion of Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $58,184.50 for the contract with Ardent Construction, LLC for the construction of the Historic Building Front Preservation Project at 2309-11 Strand. The new contract amount will be $606,184.50. There is also a time extension of 140 days. The new total contract time will be 350 days. The funding source as stated in the approved project requirements is 75% CDBG-DR Non-Housing Grant Program and 25% property owner. In the event the grant funding is unavailable, the property owners will be responsible for the entire amount of the change order. ADJOURN
