B. Consider for approval an Ordinance of the authorizing the issuance, sale, and delivery of City of Galveston, Texas, Hotel Occupancy Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds. Series 2012A and City of Galveston, Texas. Hotel Occupancy Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2012B; approving the form and substance of supplemental trust indentures and an official statement; appointing a pricing officer to approve the terms of the sale of the bonds; ratifying the levy of Hotel Occupancy Taxes; making certain findings with respect thereto; and containing other provisions relating to the subject. Discuss giving the City Secretary direction for posting an executive session agenda item for Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2), "Consultation with Attorney" on any regular or workshop agenda item requiring confidential, attorney/client advice necessitated by the deliberation or discussion of said item (as needed). Consider for approval an Ordinance of the City of Galveston, Texas, amending and ratifying Ordinance No. 11-050; authorizing the renewal of a Purchase Agreement (Revenue Emergency Anticipation Notes, Series E-1) dated August 11, 2011, between Frost Bank and the City of Galveston; making various findings and provisions related to the subject.
