Galveston, Cause No. 3:12-cv-00202, U.S. District Court Southern District of Texas, Fifth Division. B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (2). Consider for action authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents for the Seawall re-paving project from approximately 39lh Street to 6th Street in the amount of $700,000, which is to be funded out of old/prior IDC 4B Sales Tax proceeds, upon final approval of the City Attorney.
Consider for action authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents for Beach Nourishment Projects and replacement of the dune structure in front of Dellanera and the Seascape Condos, which is proposed to be funded out of the Beach Nourishment portion of the 4B Sales Tax proceeds, upon final approval of the City Attorney.
Amend and update Water and Sewer Ordinance to provide for liens for unpaid services.
