Consider for approval of the Inter-Local Agreement between the City of Galveston and the Galveston Housing Authority for the use of thirty-two (32) designated parking spaces at the Community Center located at 4700 Broadway for the Victory Lakes Park and Ride Operation to be utilized by the reverse commuting residents. This agreement will be for a three (3) year period at no cost to the City. F. Consider for approval the request for an amendment to TGC's Existing Rail Task #1, to include the "Sustainable Transit Implementation" component as part of the existing alternative analysis phase work. The City and the FT A recently executed a grant agreement which includes an additional $240,000.00 for alternatives analysis process. The funding is supported by (80%) $240,000 from federal grant and (20%) $48,000 which will utilize transportation development credits.
