A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, "Consultations with Attorney" to discuss and receive legal advice pertaining to the following pending or contemplated litigation matters: 1. Texas Windstorm Insurance Association ("TWIA") claims and legal service agreement with the Law Offices of A. Craig Eiland, P.C. 2. Potential Claims relating to British Petroleum (BP) Multi-District Litigation. 3. Potential litigation related to the Main Wastewater Treatment Plant Reconstruction Project, Bid # 11-12-006. 4. Severance v. Patterson, el ah. Case No. 09-0387 in the Supreme Court of Texas. 5. City Attorney Opinion dated March 20, 2012, relating to Specific Use Permit for a multifamily dwelling with height variance at property located at 601 - 627 Avenue L, Galveston, Texas. 6. Initiate, pursuant to Local Government Code; Chapter 54, "'Enforcement of Municipal Ordinances", a nuisance abatement action pertaining to property located at Lot: 14&N43' of lot 13, Block 256, in the City of Galveston, Galveston County, Texas and commonly known as 1628 Sealy. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, "Consultations with Attorney" and Section 551.074, "Personnel Matters" to discuss and receive legal advice pertaining to the following matter: 1. City Auditor, City Attorney, and City Manager Report to City Council pursuant to provisions of § 2-126(3) of the Galveston City Code including report on Traffic Department Overtime, Public Works Department Oversight, and Hostile Work Environment. 2. Duties of the Assistant City Manager for Public Works and Municipal Utilities. C.
