Case No. 09-35324, In re Sonya M. Porretto. in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division and legal issues related to Porretto Beach. 2. Port of Galveston & Gulf Copper. B. Pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071(2), "Consultations with Attorney" to discuss and receive legal advice pertaining to the following legal matters: 1. Disaster Housing Recovery Program and related issues. 2. Texas Supreme Court Case, City of Dallas v. Stewart. C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.074, "Personnel Matters" to deliberate the appointment, employment, and duties of the following public officer or employee: 1. City Attorney.
Discuss the paid Seawall parking program
Joint Meeting with the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board and the Planning Commission for discussion of the Draft Galveston Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan.
Progress Galveston project update, including specialized plans, land development regulations and project schedule.
Discuss public finance legal counsel.
Discuss and consider for action providing the City Attorney direction associated with the proposed Charter Amendments.
