Consider for approval a Resolution of the City of Galveston, Texas, urging the County of Galveston, Texas through the Galveston County Commissioner's Court to maintain the current number of County Commissioners representing Galveston, Texas as well as the current number of Justice of the Peace precincts serving Galveston, Texas, as it is essential to maintain the accessibility to services in order to protect the rights of our citizens; directing the City Secretary to send a certified copy of this resolution to County Judge Mark Henry; providing for findings of fact and providing for an effective date.

The funding source is Gulf Coast water Authority Bond proceeds.
