Consider for approval of Bid #12-13-035 from Highway Technologies, Inc. for the Installation of Paid Parking Signage on Seawall Boulevard for an amount not to exceed $76,813.35. Funding for the Project will come out of the Convention Center Surplus Fund.
Consider for action authorizing the City Manager to execute a twenty (20) year lease with BDF Investments, LLC with two (2) - ten (10) year options for 4,800 square feet of unimproved land at 2724 Terminal Drive for the construction of a hangar at the rate of $48.00 per month with an escalation clause of the greater of CPI-U or 2.5% annually upon final approval by the City Attorney.
Discuss and consider for action the adoption of a convenience fee for accepting utility billing payments online, effective the date the City goes live with the new CUSI utility billing software.
