Consider for approval a rate increase with Republic Services at the Refuse Transfer Station. The increase will be 2.21% or $0.83 per ton. Estimated annual cost is $20,512.30. Funding source is the Sanitation Division Refuse Disposal Account and to authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon final approval of the City Attorney.
Consider for action authorizing T-Construction, the City's approved contractor, to proceed with the sanitary sewer rehabilitation project to repair 2,500 feet of failed 10" sewer line located on Avenue S XA between 45th Street and 51st Street and repair of feeder road due to sewer line repair at 65th Street and 1-45. The total cost is $665,167.00. The funding source is the Sewer Improvement Fund. Authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon approval by the City Attorney.

Kelso Company, Inc. to provide labor, equipment, and materials for the installation of the New Freedom Grant Funds Sidewalks (Bid #12-13-025) and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon final approval of the City Attorney.
